‍ MUST HAVE SKILLSET:

  • Experience managing high-performing teams at a post-seed start-up, top tier management consultancy or omni-channel consumer brand
  • Able to help construct and deliver a strategic growth plan, including NPD and new market expansion
  • Excellent analytical, budgeting and organisational skills
  • Experience bringing new digital and/or physical products to market
  • Enjoy developing and progressing talent at all levels

Responsibilities:

Vitl has a fantastic opportunity for a visionary leader to join our brilliant team. Working in close collaboration with our Founder, you will be responsible for helping take us from a leading challenger brand of today, to a mainstream consumer brand of tomorrow.

You will have P&L responsibility across the business and a focus on 3 areas we believe we must excel in to succeed:

  • Product
  • Growth
  • Brand Elevation

As Managing Director, you will own and manage the business strategy, including defining the company’s objectives and the route by which achieve these. You will have ultimate responsibility for commercial strategy, brand development, finance, operations and product. Most importantly, you will coach and develop the core Vitl team and will be a central force in inspiring and developing our culture.
You will work with our Founder to both budget for and drive growth and financial performance, while developing & setting short and long term goals for the company. You will also take the lead on product strategy for both our digital and physical product roadmap, overseeing all aspects from ideation to execution.
This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to play a pivotal role in building out a category disruptor, sharing in both the growth journey and financial upside.
