Job Description:
1.Responsible for the operations of the ZTE Singapore Pte Ltd.
2.Develop and implement business strategies and action plans for the ZTE Singapore.
3.Implement strategies of ZTE Corporation. Meet the sales, cost and profitability targets set by ZTE Corporation.
4.Promote ZTE s products and solutions to customers in ZTE Singapore.
5.Keep and grow the current business of the ZTE Singapore, and develop new business.
6.Maintain and develop customer relationships in ZTE Singapore.
7.Work closely with the technical team, ascertain customer’s requirement match ZTE’s capabilty with market opportunity.
8.Evaluate business opportunities. Once an opportunity is qualified, direct the project delivery team through the selling process and Implementation process.
9.Build and lead a result focused team. Motivate the team to achieve operational targets.
10.Control operational cost and maximise retur on investment.
11.Update and maintain general knowledge of ZTE’s products and solutions.
12.Feed back market movement and competitor information to ZTE Corporation
13.Other duties directed by the management of ZTE.
Job Requirements:
1.Bachelor or above major in business administration, electronics, engineer or science.
2.5+ Years senior management experience.
3.10+ years telecommunication industry experience.
4.10+ years marketing and sales experience, specialized in industry sales.
5.Successful business operation experience.
6.Proved 80+million SGD annual sales performance.
7.Adequate knowiedge about telecommunication market and trend
8.Highly specialized in industry sales, marketing and CRM
9. Fluent English speaking and wring
10.Outstanding strategic, logical business operation thinking pattern, good at business planning and development
11.Excellent personnel management skills including communication, motivation, team building and developing, engagement improving and culture development.
12.Remarkable leadership skill
