For our Hamburg office, we are looking for a Mandatory Inventory Management Intern (f/m/x).

Tasks

  • Handling and booking of inbound goods by allocating locations and updating stock levels
  • Keeping track of material flows and issuing them based on production requirements
  • Perform regular stocktakes and report discrepancies in comparison with the ERP Database.
  • Creation of pallet IDs for storing products at external locations and making recall lists for weekly recalls
  • Perform various analyses on stock levels, spending, and inventory turnover for material stored at external warehouse locations.
  • Revision of SOPs for material handling and improvising on a regular basis.

Requirements

  • Currently studying in the field of Economics/Supply Chain Management or a comparable degree program.
  • Hands-on mentality with an proactive approach.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, G-Suite, and a basic understanding of databases.
  • Fluent in English and preferably German.
  • Strong communication and reporting skills
  • Great at multitasking, attention to detail, and task prioritization.
  • You are a European citizen or are studying in Germany.
