POSITION SUMMARY:

The Center for REALTOR® Development (CRD), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), is seeking an innovative Manager, Learning and Digital Design to shape engaging, high-impact learning experiences for real estate professionals. This role is perfect for a creative and detail-oriented learning professional who thrives on designing engaging courses, repurposing educational content, and driving the evolution of modern learning solutions. You’ll work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), vendors, and cross-functional teams to create high-quality courses, webinars, and learning content that aligns with instructional design best practices and industry trends. QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 7-10 years of experience in instructional design, digital learning development, or course management.
  • Strong technical skills in LMS platforms, SCORM, and course authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, etc.).
  • Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards and interactive design.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience working with and effectively managing stakeholder and vendor relationships.
  • Results-oriented, with high attention to detail, the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.
  • Ability to think in innovative ways to find solutions to problems.
  • High level of proficiency with Articulate.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office—Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional communication skills—verbal, written, and presentation.
  • Strong customer relations and interpersonal skills with a high level of response to all inquiries.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.
    Compensation: $85,000 - $125,000
    NAR provides comprehensive benefits including health/dental/vision insurance.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, launch, and manage engaging online courses using authoring tools and learning management system (LMS) platforms.
  • Oversee the full course lifecycle, from creation and updates to large-scale revisions and redesigns.
  • Support the growth of a holistic learning ecosystem, integrating formal courses, informal learning, bite-sized learning, and social learning experiences.
  • Design interactive learning elements, including job aids, case studies, and assessments.
  • Leverage learner data and analytics to identify trends, optimize course offerings, and enhance engagement across multiple learning formats.
  • Work closely with the Director of Learning and Development to execute CRD’s educational strategy, ensuring alignment with learner needs and organizational goals.
  • Act as a key contributor within the Learning and Development team, collaborating on projects, sharing best practices, and supporting the development of innovative learning initiatives.
  • Provide thought leadership and feedback to enhance learning programs and contribute to a culture of knowledge-sharing and professional development within the team.
  • Manage vendors, contractors, and SMEs from concept to content delivery.
  • Analyze existing educational materials (courses, webinars, videos, guides) to identify opportunities for repurposing into new coursework.
  • Design and structure webinar-based learning experiences, ensuring smooth LMS integration.
  • Convert live and recorded webinars into structured courses with learning objectives, assessments, and interactive elements.
  • Work with instructors and facilitators to enhance webinar engagement and learner participation.
  • Implement best practices for LMS functionality, branding, accessibility, and instructional design.
  • Other duties as assigned.
