The Manager of Operational Excellence role is located at our GenMark campus in Carlsbad, CA. In the role you will own the development and execution of a Continuous Improvement strategy for GenMark’s Operations team. This key role in the Operations leadership team will be responsible for identifying and deploying Engineering, Operations, Lean, Financial and Business best practices in collaboration with technical personnel and leaders. The primary objective is to improve the efficiency of the operations support functions to drive Quality, Cost and Performance metrics.

    The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Primary Location State is insert min and max of hiring range. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
