Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION
Your tasks would be to manually match the 3D CT bone models of femur and tibia so that the shadows in the X-ray images are perfectly aligned. The matching is done in ManMatch, a self-written software in Python. ManMatch is not fully implemented, therefore you will have to fix bugs, implement new features, improvements in GUI, performance, and functionality in Python.
