The company offers 7,000+ regulated and non-regulated courses for career development and has 11+ million learners in 67 countries. It is a robust e-learning platform that supports multimedia content, quizzes, and assessments. Courses are accessible on various devices, including smartphones and tablets. There are regular updates to course content to reflect the latest industry standards and regulations. It is a reliable and reputable company that provides various online training and certification programs across multiple industries, such as real estate, food and beverage, environmental health and safety, and more. We’d like to meet you if you are interested in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and enjoy providing end-to-end solutions to software quality problems. The project duration is at least 5-6 months, with a high probability of extension if all goes well.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain technical documentation, including test plans, scripts, and bug reports.
  • Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities. Proactively suggest improvements to the existing processes and tools based on the latest industry trends and developments.
  • Design, develop, and execute automation scripts using open-source tools. Ensure compatibility across different browsers and devices.
  • Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs. Work closely with the scrum team to promptly prioritize and fix identified bugs and issues.
  • Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
  • Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs.
  • Liaise with internal teams (e.g., developers and marketing managers) to identify system requirements.
  • Monitor debugging process results.
  • Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions.
  • Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts.
