Manual Software Test Engineer - Web Solutions Location: Mechelen, Permanent Position On-site: 3 days per week Competitive Salary Offered
We are seeking a skilled Manual Software Test Engineer to join our team and contribute to the quality assurance of our web solutions. This role involves close collaboration with development, functional analysis, and test teams to ensure our products meet the highest standards of functionality, integration, and user experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of two years’ experience in testing web applications and Server Side systems.
• Proficiency in database management and SQL.
• Familiarity with API testing tools (eg, Postman, Swagger).
• Preferred: knowledge of Scripting languages for test automation, such as Python.
• Strong analytical skills with a system-oriented approach, capable of navigating and testing complex systems to ensure quality and safety.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

• Conduct functional testing for our web-based solutions and ensure seamless integration with Server Side infrastructure and desktop applications.
• Develop well-structured, clear, and effective test cases based on detailed functional specifications.
• Analyze, track, and communicate test results, engaging in discussions to optimize system performance.
• Leverage automation tools to streamline and improve the efficiency of regression testing.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including development and functional analysis, to achieve shared quality objectives.
