JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a skilled Manual Tester with 3-4 years of experience and fluency in Arabic to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of software applications through comprehensive testing processes. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to document and report defects effectively.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3-4 years of experience in manual testing for web and mobile applications.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect life cycle.
• Experience with test case management tools (e.g., TestRail, Jira, HP ALM).
• Familiarity with API testing (Postman, REST, SOAP) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Knowledge of automation testing tools is a plus but not mandatory.

• Design, develop, and execute test cases, test plans, and test scripts based on business and technical requirements.
• Perform functional, regression, system integration, usability, and exploratory testing for web and mobile applications.
• Identify, document, and track software defects using bug-tracking tools.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand project requirements.
• Validate Arabic language content and UI elements to ensure correct localization.
• Provide detailed test reports, including test results, defect summaries, and recommendations for improvements.
• Ensure compliance with QA best practices, industry standards, and company policies.
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and assist in troubleshooting issues reported by end users.
• Continuously improve testing processes and contribute to the overall quality assurance strategy.
