Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

Role is site based and would be 37 hrs per week, fixed term contract for 24 months
This is a role that will introduce the successful candidate to all aspects of manufacturing and will equip them with skills that are transferable and will introduce them to the structures and work patterns of manufacturing.
Key deliverables - the successful candidate will learn all aspects of manufacturing including robotics and automated fill lines and will provide help and assistance with improvement projects.
The role will offer the candidate the opportunity to work closely with others as part of a wider Operations team but will allow some autonomy so the candidate can implement ideas to improve the workplace environment or improvements in cost reduction, RFT and efficiency.
