• Support management in the production area (e.g., ensuring employee qualifications, conducting training, supporting personal development, complying with HSE and GMP requirements).
• Planning, coordinating, and controlling work process in production and cleaning, including assigning personnel to ensure adherence to the production schedule.
• Organizing and ensuring the flow of information within the organization.
• Managing and conducting investigations into the causes of operational disruption and near-misses and developing proposals for the resolution.
• Implementation of daily evaluation of the production process (tracking of production operational data, e.g. cycle times, throughput, PSS and any other metrics of the production area).
• Implementing daily evaluations of the production process (monitoring productions operational, data, such as cycle times, yield, volume performance, continuous improvement system, and any other production are metrics).
• Initiating, supporting, and developing digital tools for process stabilization and optimization as well as continuously generating ideas for process improvement.
• Conducting complex root cause investigations and participating in operational optimization projects.
• Collaborating on the modification and creation of document (e.g., SOP, Wis, etc.)
• Preparing for and following up during inspections and audits.
• Analyze production data to identify trends, address issues and enhance overall productivity.
• Another duty may be assigned to the employee once the corresponding training is completed.
