REQUIREMENTS:

  • BS in Business Management or related field
  • 5-7 years of manufacturing experience
  • Ability to create and present training program content
  • Working knowledge and ability to use MS Office applications, specifically MS Excel and MS PowerPoint for reports, data analysis, etc.
  • Ability to navigate and teach Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) IT Systems such as Oracle, SAP, etc.
  • Flexible work hours and available for weekends
  • Occasional travel (international and domestic)

Responsibilities:

  • Achieves daily/weekly/monthly productivity goals based on set KPI’s
  • Develop and evaluate training material for manufacturing employees
  • Provide daily guidance for all supervisor related activities
  • Observe and respond to all supervisor related issues
  • Develops plans to increase overall efficiency and drive productivity metrics for manufacturing
  • Ensures compliance with all organizational policies and procedures
  • Trainer for FI-11 program elements
  • Supports regulatory and safety compliance for all processes and teams/departments
