REQUIREMENTS:
- BS in Business Management or related field
- 5-7 years of manufacturing experience
- Ability to create and present training program content
- Working knowledge and ability to use MS Office applications, specifically MS Excel and MS PowerPoint for reports, data analysis, etc.
- Ability to navigate and teach Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) IT Systems such as Oracle, SAP, etc.
- Flexible work hours and available for weekends
- Occasional travel (international and domestic)
Responsibilities:
- Achieves daily/weekly/monthly productivity goals based on set KPI’s
- Develop and evaluate training material for manufacturing employees
- Provide daily guidance for all supervisor related activities
- Observe and respond to all supervisor related issues
- Develops plans to increase overall efficiency and drive productivity metrics for manufacturing
- Ensures compliance with all organizational policies and procedures
- Trainer for FI-11 program elements
- Supports regulatory and safety compliance for all processes and teams/departments
