Responsibilities:
· Assist in the production process by performing various manual tasks, such as lifting, moving, assembly, welding, processing and organizing materials or products.
· Operate machinery under supervision after appropriate training.
· Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
· Maintain cleanliness and organization within the manufacturing area.
· Support team members and leadership in achieving production targets.
· Report any issues, defects, or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel.
