Manufacturing Consultant in Supply Chain and Operations Team

As Global companies explore opportunities to optimize their operational efficiency, you will help our clients understand areas to achieve operational excellence by leading their Manufacturing Excellence transformation. You will help our clients by crafting a strategy in line with their long-term goals or by implementing innovative and data driven digital solutions to drive speed to value. You will lead cross competency teams within EY to bring the greatest value for our clients. You will craft and manage commercially viable engagements for EY.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• Significant experience in one of the following areas of manufacturing: Operational Excellence / P&G IWS / TPM or at a management consultancy (manufacturing excellence focus)
• Min. 8-10 years of experience in leading projects and project teams at the area of manufacturing excellence
• Experience gained in one of the sectors: Consumer Products or Life Science
• Flexibility and willingness to travel regionally (Europe) up to 80%
• Analytical thinking
• Degree in engineering, science or supply chain
• Professional certifications such as: Six Sigma Black Belt, PMP, etc. are a significant plus
• Fluency in English is a must – this role requires working with international clients on a daily basis
• Another European language will be a benefit (German / French / Spanish)

• You will lead deployments & deployment teams at our clients in their Manufacturing Excellence transformation
• You will support our clients in implementing transformations in Manufacturing
• You will be key contributor in client engagements and progressively initiate and lead work streams to provide high quality services in line with EY’s proven global methodologies and tools
• You will support the business in developing EY knowledge and concepts for our practice, whilst also actively establishing, maintaining and strengthening internal and external relationships
