Northvolt has an exciting job offer for a Manufacturing Data Analyst​ to join our Skellefteå team.
In joining us you will play an important part from the very start in developing a new generation of large-scale European battery factories. A manufacturing data analyst works with analyzing manufacturing-related data and identifying areas for improvement in the manufacturing process. They create, update and maintain reports, perform data analysis on existing reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
Key responsibilities
Troubleshoot and root cause issues in the manufacturing operations using data as your tool
Validate generated data and drive data quality initiatives in manufacturing.
Work with root cause analysis, maintenance, and continuous improvement of processes in manufacturing
Follow up on received documentation and implementation.
Maintain and update the documentation within the responsible areas
Collaborate with the Data Analytics and AI team at ETT to identify report and analytics improvements.
Develop project plans and timelines for process improvement projects
Be a key player in setting the structure for KPIs
Together with the rest of the team, being a key player to develop and maintain a safe work environment.
Other duties may occur
This role may include on-call duty
Requirements
Educational background in Engineering, IT, or other relevant educational background
Basic knowledge of data structures, master data and data analytics solutions
Good communication skills, a learning mindset and the ability to Get Stuff Done
Passion for solving problems with technology
Interest in and excitement about working in an industrial world
Passionate by solving complex problems with technology in a simple yet innovative way​
Specific skills
Excellent English written and oral skills
Great understanding of documentation and how to manage in large volumes.
Ability to work under high pressure and tight deadlines
Ability to work well with others in a team environment, as well as independently
Ability to work in a high profile and often high-pressured international environment
Great communication skills as have constant interaction with team members and external parties such as contractors, vendors, authorities, and auditors.
