ABOUT THE COMPANY

As a manufacturing engineer, you are the central point of contact for our production processes and plant technology. You are responsible for the planning, engineering and development of the most important manufacturing processes in our production systems for precast building elements.
You ensure the overall availability of the process, the quality of production and monitor technical capacity, process parameters and cost-effectiveness. You also ensure that the process is cost-efficient, safe and environmentally friendly.
If necessary, you will support changes to the production line and will check customer, supplier and process changes. As the central interface between WCM (World Class Manufacturing), AEM (Advanced Equipment Management), AME (Advanced Manufacturing Engineering) and the digital value chain, you live the continuous improvement process at our production site.
You will also be involved in the development of work instructions for the operating personnel.

Your tasks include:

• Analyzing and monitoring the production process for ongoing series production
• Taking rectifying measures in the process
• Active participation in the optimization of production processes and plant technology
• Optimizing production processes in terms of resources (people, machines, materials)
• Ensuring required quality
• Managing your team to ensure the timely implementation of tasks and projects
• Data-driven analysis, indexing and implementation of improvement processes
• Support in the area of occupational safety and environmental protection
