PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

This position is subject to the Austrian Collective Bargaining Agreement for Employees in the Metal Technology Industry in occupation group D. A higher payment is negotiable depending on education, expertise and skills. The monthly salary is paid 14 times per year. • After appropriate training, verify designs of new modules/products/changes and analyze design for manufacturing
• Combine BOM strategy with manufacturing line
• Review design solutions in terms of safety, ergonomics, tooling, Form-Fit-Function
• Create Work Instructions and production process steps
• Participate on the implementation of cost-efficient methods of assembly for all phases of manufacturing
• Support Implementation of non standard customer requests onto products and transfer to manufacturing
• Support the transfer of new products into high volume manufacturing
• Work closely with suppliers and remote factories (including traveling)
• Implement new ideas and defining new ways of processes to reduce costs and assembly time
• Participate of continuous Improvement for products, process and manufacturing
