REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduate of any 5 years Engineering course.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in the field of Manufacturing Engineering or any equivalent job function.
  • Knows how to read and interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematic diagram.
  • Basic knowledge on Team Center, JDE, IQMS applications.
  • With background on Engineering documents and problem-solving tools such as EWI / Procedures, PFMEA, PFD, PROCERT, 3C, DIVE Reports.
  • With knowledge and experience on Mechanical and Electrical FA.

Responsibilities:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develops, designs and plans for assembly and materials handling.
  • Analyzes sequence of operations, machine and equipment design, and facility and production conditions to identify and escalate problems to senior Manufacturing Engineers.
  • Adapts machine or equipment design to conform to standard factory and production procedures.
  • Makes changes in assembly processes, equipment procedures, and design specifications to solve equipment and manufacturing problems.
  • Interprets and provides explanations of design concepts and specifications.
  • Adheres to and participates in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and wellbeing of self and others.
