Responsibilities:

JOB PURPOSE

Maintain the plant’s Quality Systems through developing, implementing and improving methods, techniques and procedures of the Integrated Quality System and manufacturing processes, in order to ensure that it complies with internal, customer, corporate and IATF16949:2016, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 standards.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Determine standard cycle times, lay out, labor of production lines. Design fixtures, tools, packaging and poka yokes for the manufacturing of the processes.
Maintain production processes within the control parameters required for critical (CC) and special (SC) characteristics defined in designs and by customers
Keep your area’s Lay out up-to-date from your area
Develop the corrective and/or preventive actions derived from the audits of the Integral Quality System to ensure in an effective and timely manner, the updating and operation of the Integral Quality System.
Maintain and periodically review for improvement of operation sheets, standardized work, flow charts, FMEA, Control Plan, SC/CC characteristics matrix, Set Up sheets, specifications, visual aids and manufacturing system procedures, in order to comply with the plant’s quality system and specific customer requirements.
Ensure that the Advanced Quality Planning of the product is fulfilled in a timely manner, so that all Welding and Machining processes have the corresponding planning. Coordinate PPAP activities with all departments in order to ensure that established programs are met, as well as ensure that timely support is given to scheduled areas and events.
