YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor of Engineering – Manufacturing, Mechanical, Mechatronics or Chemical
YOUR EXPERIENCE
- Minimum two (2) years experience within a workshop, manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Prior experience with extrusion, or plastics processing would be beneficial
- Strong communication skills in both verbal and report writing
- Ability to plan and organize workload and projects
- Understanding of manufacturing processes including EHS requirements
- Knowledge of Australian Standards

INTRODUCTION TO THE ROLE
This is a full-time, on-site role, at our South Windsor, NSW manufacturing plant.
Reporting to the Manufacturing Technology Manager, you will work closely with the production, capital engineering and R&D teams to provide design, technical and engineering support to the manufacturing areas to meet prescribed quality standards, production schedule and efficiency targets. The role also involves facilitating the introduction of new products into manufacturing.
