EDUCATION
- Undergraduate or Graduate degree in Engineering either completed or enrolled in Engineering Degree program and on track to graduate in May 2025 (Mechanical, Electrical, Bio-medical, Chemical, or related field).
EXPERIENCE
- Experience in life sciences, business or engineering (including internship or co-op work) preferred, but not required.
- Consistent record of leadership accomplishments.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
- Energized through change agent behaviors and ability to successfully adapt to new assignments, managers and functional areas.

Responsibilities:
Participants will experience rotation assignments over three (3) + years providing a broad experience in different facets of pharmaceutical manufacturing, including a supervisory/management rotation, while allowing for exposure to our core processes, technologies, and leaders. Additional learning opportunities such as formal coaching and development sessions, mentorship, Practical Process Improvement (PPI) Action Learning Project, participation in company-wide leadership programs, and a network of rotational cohort participants, round out the experience.
