POSITION SUMMARY

We are currently looking to add to our continuous improvement team. The Manufacturing Engineer will work in a cross-functional team utilizing manufacturing principles to identify opportunities to implement changes to improve manufacturing processes. They will have direct influence on the implementation of new products, and the improvement of existing processes. They will analyze space requirements, process flow, and equipment layout to maximize efficiency. The individual shall have strong organizational skills, as well as oral and written communication.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technology is preferred, however, relevant experience in manufacturing will be considered.
• 2+ years of experience.
