Manufacturing Engineer (work in Krosno Plant)

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS (R) REQUIRED OR (P) PREFERRED :

(R) Master degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar,
(R) Experience in manual and automatic assembly processes,
(P) Experience in thread tightening processes,
(P) Experience in vision system setup and mastering,
(P) Familiar with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing,
(R) Ability to use analytic tools like FMEA, SPC, MSA,
(R) Knowledge about lean and Kaizen philosophy,
(P) Computer skills (MS Office),
(R) English – min. intermediate level,
(R) Readiness for frequent business trips.

Define manufacturing process specifications and requirements,
Contribute ideas and concepts,
Initiate and/or perform process analysis (e.g., PFMEA, Design for Manufacture/Assembly),
Coordinate and implement process development projects,
Maintain engineering documentation (e.g., Process flow diagrams, Standard Cell, PCP),
Participate in simultaneous engineering and design for manufacturing,
Apply and participate in the Bill of Process,
Participate in cost estimating,
Participate in Manuf. System Design & PFMEA workshops,
Define equipment specification to insure operational availability and quality,
Develop & implement new technologies to the manufacturing process,
Apply lean manufacturing principles to all aspects of the process manufacturing equipment insuring quality, safety, capacity and high value added operations,
Cooperate with plant ME during equipment implementation process,
Perform all necessary studies to assure compatibility of process capability with design requirements.
