Our site in Colorado Springs is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Co-Op to join our team for the Spring 2025 season. This assignment is intended to be 6 months in duration. The person in this role must be available to work onsite 40 hours per week from January - June 2025. This will be for our new Rockrimmon facility that will be starting up during this time.
This role will pay $23 - 30/hr depending on education and experience level.

In This Role You Will:

• Support Injection Molding Process Development
• Training and documentation for high volume manufacturing
• Learn and work with full time manufacturing engineers in the facility
• Support the assembly process of the FOUP line.

You’re a Good Fit If You Have:

• Previous exposure to mechanical assembly and automation
• Previous exposure to Lean or Six Sigma Principles
• Some CAD knowledge
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

Desired Major(s) & Graduation Year:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree students in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering
