Manufacturing Equip Maint Technician 1

Responsibilities:

• Able to maintain and repair PCBA manufacturing equipments
• Able to work with equipment vendor and internal cross functional teams to resolve issues related to PCBA manufacturing equipments.
• Able to conduct machine training to operator and maintenance technician.
• Able to generate machine program inclusive of machine part data.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Manufacturing engineering or equivalent.
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply. Working experience in SMT/PCB assembly manufacturing line would be an added advantage.
• Strong mechanical and electrical skills. Prior hand-on equipment engineering in pneumatic/ valve, mechanical drawings,elecetrical schematic, Motor control system, PLC etc
• Strong problem-solving skills and patience. The ability to perform maintenance, to identify, diagnose and repair equipment breakdown, as well as keeping it clean, safely and in good working order.
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
