Manufacturing Execution Coordinator

As a Manufacturing Execution Coordinator, you will be the communication interface of the factory to the international Sales organizations for projects. You will communicate and coordinate the projects requirements of our customers within the Cluj Measurement Manufacturing Center organization.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS THAT SET YOU APART:

• Good understanding of ERP systems
• +5 Years experience in Project Management, Planning or Business Administration

IN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:

• Coordinate the execution of project orders at CMMC Cluj factory from order entry to delivery according to PMO requirements
• Assigned as the Single Point of Contact for all questions, requirements, changes and deliveries for the assigned projects within the factory
• Functionally coordinating a project team within the factory to execute customer requirements
• Responsible for the Service Level KPIs, Sales POR accuracy, timely turnaround of changes (technical and data management) for your designated projects.
• Ensure that kick off meetings are held and communicate the requirements within the Cluj factory

FOR THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:

• Successful business education (bachelor’s degree)
• Ability to work in complex environment
