Description:

Champion in operational activities in plant with respect to safety, quality, and on-time-in-full delivery. Expert in preparation, manufacturing execution, materials and rooms organization, and cleaning the assigned areas. Oversight of the work distribution in plant and of the operators work.
Key responsibilities:
- Being a reference point for the biotechnologist in plant and organize Tier 0 meeting with operators (e.g. collect feedback from operators and clearly present to management)
- Being a reference point for activity planning, troubleshooting, and problem solving (e.g. ensure that there is enough personnel to perform in plant activity and be available to support troubleshooting of operators)
- Being a reference point for materials and room organization to ensure continuity of production activities (e.g. have a clear understanding of what material is needed prior starting a campaign and ensure it is available)
- Executing manufacturing activities according to cGMP guidelines (e.g. aseptic operation, shipments, autoclaving) and perform troubleshooting of process and equipment (e.g. create malfunction reports)
- Cleaning of cell banking rooms and equipment to preserve cleanroom standard
- Being a reference point for training of in plant activities and equipment (e.g. support new comers and external in the gowning procedure)
- Day working hours, with flexibility upon manufacturing demand (e.g. few Sundays/year work to release a vial for production)
Key requirements:
- Working experience in Pharma and GMP knowledge
- Proofen knowledge of working in cleanroom environment or cell culture aseptic work
- Fluent in English and German is a plus. Willing to learn German language.
- Strong team oriented with good communication skills
- Structured, focused, well organized, flexible, and independent. Capable to work with low supervision.
