Description:
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- HS Diploma or GED is required
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- 5 years Supply Chain experience in a manufacturing environment.
- BS in Supply Chain, Engineering, or another business or technical field preferred.
- Formal process improvement / operational excellence training is preferred.
- Experience in enterprise business systems and business software.
- Previous production scheduling experience preferred.
- SAP experience required.

- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage conflict and drive resolutions.
- Ability to pull data and compile to formulate improvement initiatives across the department.
- Ability to inspire, foster innovation, collaborate, and effectively manage cross-functional teams.
- Concise and effective written, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to support multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Strong understanding of GMP requirements
- Organized and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Create a schedule for commercial manufacturing work stream in line with scheduling parameters aligned with operation partners, ensuring maximum asset and labor utilization.
- Collaborate with Planning and Project Management teams to ensure production readiness; enable schedule stability and resolve conflicts.
- Maintain SAP and Taylor master data integrity.
- Own and report key metrics, including scheduled attainment and OTIF.
- Lead Value Stream and Manufacturing Review huddles.
- Collaborate with Planners and S&OP Planner for required SAP changes to routings.
- Create strong relationships with cross-functional teams to enable collaboration and process improvements.
- Lead / participate in weekly Readiness reviews.
Support other scheduling functions, including backup to Packaging/PDS Scheduler.
