Job Summary
We are seeking a Manufacturing Process Expert with a strong focus on work behaviors to join our dynamic team in Monza. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will have the opportunity to drive quality excellence, prevent errors and deviations, and implement effective problem-solving strategies. Your expertise in advanced root cause analysis will be foundamental in solving complex technical issues and giving to continuous improvement efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Deviation management
  • Facilitate and perform advanced root cause analysis to solve complicated technical problems
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team to drive problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Conduct thorough investigations and provide expert recommendations to prevent errors and deviations
  • Determine the underlying causes of manufacturing issues and develop innovative solutions
  • Implement and optimize manufacturing processes to ensure world-class quality standards
  • Regularly analyze manufacturing data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for optimization
  • Work closely with relevant individuals to effectively implement process improvements and achieve seamless execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in science field (CTF preferred), or equivalent experience in the pharma industry.
  • Proven experience in advanced root cause analysis, problem-solving methodologies and Quality management
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality management systems
  • Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Ambitious individual with a strong drive for constant growth and improvement
  • Proficiency in thriving within a dynamic and time-sensitive work setting
  • Fluency in English, written and oral
