The Offer Industrialization Lead (OIL) serves as the primary point of contact for industrialization in offer creation (OCP) and
evolution (PEP) projects. Key responsibilities include facilitating and collaboration between Line of Business (LOBs) and Global
Supply Chain (GSC) on industrialization matters within the project. The role operates within the project framework aligned with PMP
and PEP processes to achieve and surpass business objectives through involvement with LOBs and GSC in planning, execution, and upkeep. Regular program status updates are prepared and delivered as needed. Emphasis is placed on managing all activities with a focus on quality and robustness. Additionally, the position strongly emphasizes digital aspects such as Smart Industrialization, Endto-End traceability, MES, cybersecurity, remote qualifications, etc.

Responsibilities:

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Act as Project Manager for Industrialization and supply chain activities to ensure timely and effective execution of Schedule, Budget, Quality, Supply Chain implementation on a cross-functional team
  • Develop the Industrialization Project schedule including Critical path impacts of Indus activities and processes
  • Manage the process and flow qualification in collaboration with the supply chain region including manufacturing plants inorder to prepare a successful industrial transfer
  • Influence and steer the design of the products from the most upstream phases of the Offer Creation Process (OCP): simultaneous and collaborative design of products, processes and flows, to align with Design for Excellence (DfX)principles, emphasizing manufacturability, controllability, assembly feasibility, adjustability, testability, and product costoptimization with technical experts
  • Forecast and track Project Capital Cost, Project Labor and Project Cost necessary to industrialize new products, utilizingthe expertise of the Industrialization team
  • Actively work on obtaining industrial financing (BCI) and controlling all expenses relating to industrialization (OPEX,CAPEX) and product costs to optimize project profitability
  • Propose scenarios of Industrial Strategy that ensure the consistency between BU & GSC: meet or exceed business,industrial & customer requirements
  • Responsible for the operational implementation of a comprehensive and robust industrial system, aligned with Quality/Cost/Delivery objectives and industrial strategy directions, with the Industrial Strategy directions and thefundamental corporate rules of Industrial Policy, SPS (Schneider Production System) and SC&L (Supply Chain & Logistics)
  • Drive project performance objectives and monitor key indicators (KPIs) with the involved entities

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL FOR THIS ROLE?

  • Engineering background with industrial experience, passion in technology to drive innovations and smart manufacturing
  • Possess project management skills (strategic thinking, risk management, problem solving etc.), PMP, Agile, etc.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment technologies
  • Good knowledge of Lean methodologies
  • Knowledge of “Industrial Automation” offers is a plus
  • Strong communication skills in an international context
  • Digital mindset and abilities to use and deploy digital tools
  • Available for overseas travel as required by the project
