WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR - REQUIREMENTS:

  • University Degree or last year of the University
  • Minimum 1 year’s experience in a similar position is an advantage
  • Excellent English and Swedish fluently written and spoken.
  • Computer skills: Advanced knowledge in MS Office, SAP (oneERP) is an advantage

Responsibilities:

WHAT THIS POSITION IS ABOUT - PURPOSE:

In this role, you will support an increased number of tasks and responsibilities inside the department for a limited time, learn JTI processes and systems, and contribute to the improvements of processes for more efficient performance. You will be responsible for managing departmental administration for given tasks (SAP, meeting minutes, write-off and waste data collection, monthly reporting etc), material planning, organising and coordinating shipment/deliveries. You will also perform departmental tasks related to Procurement.

WHAT WILL YOU DO - RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Be responsible for timely material ordering, through regular follow-up of inventory levels, changes in Production plan, and system set-up
  • Maintain system (SAP) properly for efficient purchases and production start-ups
  • Coordinate purchases with Warehouse and Production planner for most optimal ordering frequency
  • Communicates with vendors and Procurement where needed, for the awareness of delivery dates, challenges etc.
  • Monitor actual inventory levels and adjust if needed in line with targets
  • Prepare reports for follow-up and decision making. Create report for material Shelf life monitoring and use-up strategies
  • Take over Purchasing tasks into the Department as per agreed strategy or any other tasks that will be agreed at Management level
  • Participate in Project meetings, creating high-quality Meeting minutes to support efficient communication and easy follow-up on material status, arrival date, use-up plan, write off status etc
  • Investigate and create report from available systems (PLM, SAP etc) for more up-to-date information
  • Organize and administrate deliveries (for domestic market and exports to EU and non-EU countries), coordinate with Quality, Warehouse, Forwarder, Entity finance etc for accurate process
  • Prepare Monthly Excise reports for Entity finance
  • Organize monthly activities related to Snus waste management: collect and check the data-coordinate with Tax authorities, Waste company, internal stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with JTI Corporate Standards, Management systems, Global and Local Policies and Procedures, Improvements Programs, JT Contamination Prevention Program, Code of Conduct and 5S3R
  • Cooperate with the employer on health and safety matters to prevent injuries and ill health
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks and support requests within area of expertise, have a strong “can do” and “willing to help” attitude
