Job Description:

We are actively seeking a skilled and motivated Manufacturing Team Lead to join our dynamic team at Schneider Electric. If you are passionate about leading a team and driving manufacturing excellence, we would love to hear from you!

• Drive continuous improvement, Kaizens and Projects
• Participate in meetings with customers, Vendors and Suppliers for the Projects
• Collaborate closely with the Project Manager and team members to ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards
• Evaluating systems’ safety, reliability, and performance
• Manage engineering projects and deliver them on time
• Define customer needs and requirements
• Ensure that installations and applications are in line with customer needs and safety standards
• Monitor maintenance and inspection plans
• Oversee all aspects of the Methods & Maintenance functions
• Master Production Planning
• Manage team according to SPS/SIM rules and cycle events of the plant

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in a Project Engineer role
• Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or related field
• Proficiency in CAD software for electrical design
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment
• Lean Six Sigma certified
• Technical background in a range of power systems and digital solutions, including SCADA, PLCs
• Excellent communication and technical writing skills
• Excellent decision-making skills
• Willing to travel when necessary
