KEY ACTIVITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

Assemble, trouble shoot, install, test, service, disassemble and repair of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment and systems.
Serve as liaison between engineering, manufacturing, and operations departments.
Pull parts from inventory to be used towards projects.
Performs daily assignments under intermittent supervision, receiving direction at beginning of tasks.
Available to be called out, with or without supervision.
Track work time and input data into applicable company database systems.
Maintain clean and orderly work area.
Attend required training as deemed necessary by job duties; training, operations, safety, etc.
Learn and become conversant with all company philosophies, policies, and procedures.
Other duties as assigned by management.

JOB KNOWLEDGE AND QUALIFICATIONS

Must have 5+ year of experience and/or knowledge of assembly and/or oilfield equipment.
Prior experience with a company, whether direct or indirect, is beneficial.
Must have the ability to operate forklifts and overhead cranes.
Must have basic to advanced mechanical skills, ability to bend/crimp tubing & hoses, and safety knowledge.
Experience in and knowledge of oilfield drilling and completion systems is a plus.
Must have the ability to read and use manuals, guidelines, drawings, and specifications to perform job duties & produce parts.
Follow and complete all documentation, as required, during the course of work being performed, i.e. routers, work orders, in-house inspection sheets.
