Responsibilities:
- Maintain allocated equipment and follow all manufacturing processes using Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)
- Conduct in-process testing in accordance with required protocols
- Support other areas of the business as needed to ensure timely product delivery
- Competently and confidently use required equipment, ensuring calibration and good working order
- Maintain company standards for the working environment
- Use the ERP system to record progress, carry out inventory transactions, and handle documents.
- Archive all assigned documents correctly
- Collaborate with the team to complete manufacturing processes and in-process testing
- Complete all records and worksheets accurately and in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS) and regulatory requirements
- Document competency in all performed tasks in training records
- Plan and prioritise workload effectively based on manufacturing/testing schedule
- Complete maintenance activities for assigned equipment on time and properly document them
- Report failures and take appropriate action
- Follow procedures and policies of the company at all times
- Adhere to all Health and Safety procedures and report any issues
