Responsibilities:

  • Maintain allocated equipment and follow all manufacturing processes using Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)
  • Conduct in-process testing in accordance with required protocols
  • Support other areas of the business as needed to ensure timely product delivery
  • Competently and confidently use required equipment, ensuring calibration and good working order
  • Maintain company standards for the working environment
  • Use the ERP system to record progress, carry out inventory transactions, and handle documents.
  • Archive all assigned documents correctly
  • Collaborate with the team to complete manufacturing processes and in-process testing
  • Complete all records and worksheets accurately and in a timely manner
  • Ensure compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS) and regulatory requirements
  • Document competency in all performed tasks in training records
  • Plan and prioritise workload effectively based on manufacturing/testing schedule
  • Complete maintenance activities for assigned equipment on time and properly document them
  • Report failures and take appropriate action
  • Follow procedures and policies of the company at all times
  • Adhere to all Health and Safety procedures and report any issues
