Manufacturing Technician
As a Manufacturing Technician at Thermo Fisher Scientific in Singapore, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the flawless assembly and testing of our products. You will collaborate closely with supervisors, manufacturing teams, and engineers to maintain the highest level of quality, waste reduction, and efficiency. Your troubleshooting skills will be key in identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.

Responsibilities

  • Perform assembly and testing of products, ensuring adherence to specifications.
  • Collaborate with supervisors, manufacturing, and engineering teams to meet quality, waste reduction, and efficiency requirements.
  • Troubleshoot faulty products or parts to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Implement improvement activities to enhance quality and work process efficiency.
  • Maintain ISO9001, MDSAP, ISO14001, ISO13485, QSR21CFR Part 820, and ISO45001 documentations to ensure conformity.
  • Uphold housekeeping and safety standards in the workplace.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • NTC 3 in a technical field or ’O’/’N’ Level with technical work experience.

EXPERIENCES:

  • Manufacturing environment: 3 years
  • 5 years of experience in a technical field: NTC3 level
  • NTC2 in a technical field: 3 years of experience
  • ’O’/’N’ level with technical work experience: 6 years

Responsibilities:

  • Perform assembly and testing of products, ensuring adherence to specifications.
