JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
The MarCom Director International will be responsible for leading the MarCom & Events team at GE HealthCare International during an 7-month maternity leave. GE HealthCare International includes the regions Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia-Pacific, India and Latin America. This role involves not only developing and implementing the current marketing content & campaign strategies but also transforming the team towards a new operational model that emphasizes streamlined content creation, approval, and distribution processes. The successful candidate will ensure the team produces high-quality, engaging, and consistent content efficiently, leveraging advanced tools and technologies.
This position requires a seasoned professional with strong, empathic leadership and influencing skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive multi-dimensional projects. The MarCom Leader will report to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) International.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing and communications, preferably in the MedTech or healthcare industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Ability to think strategically and execute operationally.
- Proficiency in using advanced marketing tools and technologies.
