REQUIREMENTS

  • At least a Degree in Marketing and Communication with 1-2 years’ experience, in fast-paced marketing environment, either in marketing agency or corporate environment, and ideally with experience in consumer business.
  • Good marketing, analytical and promotion skills
  • Good presentation and good interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge in digital media channels and ad formats with executive experience.
  • Understanding of Social media and its associated trends.
  • Great interpersonal skill & good project management to work with multiple stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Can do attitude, eager and willing to learn.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Marcom team to develop and execute effective marketing communications strategies and go to market plans for campaigns and product launches.
  • To manage and execute new, non-traditional, marketing channels to achieve objectives of building brand awareness, shaping consumer perceptions, and driving purchase behaviour, customer engagement, nurturing brand loyalty and drive new customer acquisition when needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop communications that are in-line with our tone-of-voice to ensure good customer experience.
  • Work closely with creative agencies on developing and executing communications that may include paid advertising, websites, social media and more.
  • To manage and execute ATL, Social, Digital integrated communications that aid retail operations, including and not limited to In-store POS, visual display, direct mailers, electric mailers, flyers.
  • Management of allocated marketing budgets that includes raising PO, closing invoices and forecasting.
