In this role you will be facing different challenges such as:

  • Out of the box thinking for resolving daily queries from our many stakeholders from the business, including clients as well!
  • Performing daily analytical activities where you will put to practice your knowledge, skills and independent thinking;
  • Strong partnership with key stakeholder, finding ways to collaborate together .

And these are some of the activities you will be responsible for:.

  • Trade reconciliation and margin call processing.
  • Ensuring client service delivery standards are continually achieved.
  • Creating and collaborating within a solid work network with colleagues from various teams.
  • Speak Up! Bring ideas on how to improve processes and resolution of complex issues.
