Description:
Our Margining and Collateral team within the Market Operations Division plays a pivotal role in managing and optimizing collateral across various financial products. We ensure efficient margining processes for OTC, Repurchase Agreements (repo), Futures, and Clearing, supporting the firm’s financial stability and compliance with regulatory requirements.

What role will you play?
In this dynamic role, you’ll be integral to our team’s efforts in managing daily margin calls, client reporting, and collateral optimization. You’ll collaborate closely with sales, trading desks, and credit officers to innovate and streamline processes, enhancing our product coverage and operational efficiency. Your role is crucial in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our margining operations, directly contributing to our firm’s growth and success in the competitive investment banking sector.
What you offer
- Previous experience in Margining & Collateral Operations, with a solid understanding of margining processes and financial products or working in a key-risk middle office function
- Proven ability to manage time effectively, meeting daily cut-offs for margin calls and ensuring timely client reporting and dispute resolution.
- Strong analytical skills, with the capacity to investigate and resolve margin and collateral discrepancies efficiently.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and with clients.A proactive, resilient, and risk-aware mindset, with a positive approach to challenges, working under pressure and a commitment to continuous improvement and learning.
