This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with boats, machinery, and contributing to a safe and efficient work environment.

• Assist in hauling, launching, and storing boats
• Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, travel lifts, and payloaders
• Perform a variety of boatyard tasks including pulling/launching boats, blocking, cleaning, washing, buffing, and scraping
• Communicate with boat owners and team members to ensure repairs and maintenance are completed accurately and efficiently
• Ensure a clean and safe work environment, following Oasis Marinas’ safety standards and procedures
• Perform additional tasks as assigned to support the boatyard operations and team goals
