Description:

Responsibilities:
- Scan and install marine floor packages here in vernon and on the road Kelowna/sicamous. Working with digital scanning equipment vessels are scanned, then installed once produced. Also the ability to work with power tools and solvents to remove old product.
Requirements:
- Excellent people skills as you’re working with the clients one on one
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Very strong attention to detail
- WIlling to travel to sicamous south through to kelowna with own vehicle and paid milage
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail as every job is one off and unique
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with team members and clients.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Must be fluent with working with digital equipment such as computers etc.
- Willingness to do the harder work such as removing old materials which requires light physical labour and use of solvents.

SUMMARY

As a Marine Flooring Technician, you will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of various flooring types in marine environments. Reporting to the project manager, your role requires proficiency in hand tools and construction techniques, particularly in flooring installation and tile laying. Strong communication skills are essential for collaborating with team members and interpreting blueprints. Your handyman experience and carpentry skills will further enhance your ability to deliver high-quality workmanship. Pay: $24.00-$32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
