REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum holding a diploma in Marine Technology; oil tanker sailing experience is strongly preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in safety/HSSE within Marine sector.
  • Independent and team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Marine and HSSE superintendents for day-to-day operations.
  • Update and maintain ISM and HSSE databases/vessel statistics.
  • Update and maintain vessel SIRE/vetting databases and statistics.
  • Assist DPA for updating and monitoring fleet vessel inspection shedule
  • Perticipant in preparation and arranging for internal and external audit.
  • Prepare documents /manuals for new vessel takeover/delivery.
  • Compilation of company and shipboard SMS manuals and official forms.
  • Perticipant in preparation and arrnge for company management meetng and drills.
  • Other administrative support as and when directed by the Manager.
