Manage exceptions while ensuring operations are both cost-effective and efficient.
Engage in negotiations with key vendors (e.g., PSA Terminals) to drive operational improvements.
Assess the performance of marine operations vendors to ensure high service standards.
Continuously monitor operational costs and address any adverse trends.
Equipment Operations Responsibilities:
Manage depot and equipment operations for smooth processes.
Collaborate with EMC to ensure equipment operations meet KPI targets.
Assess the performance of depot vendors and make improvements as needed.
Review and allocate equipment stock based on depot performance metrics.
In addition to these responsibilities, the Manager or Senior Manager will drive process improvement initiatives to align operations with evolving business and customer needs.
