Novocure is a global publicly-traded commercial-stage oncology company developing a profoundly different cancer treatment therapy called tumor treating fields (TTFields) for patients with solid tumors. TTFields therapy is a non-invasive, novel, antimitotic treatment modality which utilizes proprietary technology attempting to slow or reverse tumor progression by inducing tumor cell death. Novocure’s commercialized product, Optune, is approved for the treatment of adult patients with glioblastoma (GBM) in the USA, Europe and Israel. To support our DACH team from Germany we are looking for a

MARKET ACCESS MANAGER, DACH

In this role as Market Access Manager, DACH you are responsible for crafting and leading innovative negotiation strategies for its oncology products, ensuring they are accessible to those who need them most. The Manager will also coordinate key meetings and ensure all discussions and agreements are documented comprehensively.

Your responsibilities:

  • Oversee vendor management processes, ensuring that all vendors meet contractual obligations and deliverables while maintaining strong professional relationships.
  • Coordinate and schedule critical meetings, including internal alignment calls and consultations, to facilitate efficient communication and decision-making across departments.
  • Take comprehensive notes during important meetings to capture key decisions, action items, and follow-ups, ensuring all participants have access to accurate information.
  • Utilize advanced PowerPoint skills to create impactful presentations that clearly communicate strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Compile and analyze data to provide comprehensive updates on project status, key risks, and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of best practices and lessons learned regarding engagement with important external stakeholder such as the G-BA and major health insurances
  • Assist in the resolution of issues related to revenue operations by providing detailed analysis and recommendations.

Your profile:

  • Previous experience in a similar position in the medical device or pharmaceutical field in Market Access, Finance, Accounting, or Pricing.
  • Fluent in German & English, both written and spoken.
  • Degree in Health Economics, Engineer, Business, or any other relevant discipline.
  • Proven ability to efficiently communicate across various departments and stakeholders.
  • Strong Microsoft Office programs with an emphasis on PowerPoint.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
