Join the International Sales team and play a pivotal role in supporting the continued growth and success of our business across the world.
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a Market Access Manager to join our International Sales division and ensure our products successfully reach new markets. Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, you will work collaboratively with our sales teams in various regions across the world to set up and support the ongoing operations of our international offices, ensuring that regulatory and operational requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Supporting the establishment of direct operations internationally
- Provide regulatory and quality support across international offices
- Obtain and maintain market access processes to ensure efficient and effective market clearances
- Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of market access activities to ensure risks and opportunities are identified and managed as appropriate
- Partner and collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and clarify business needs and supply channels
- Improve time to market for new products by partnering with product development teams and supporting the improvement of documentation and regulatory systems and processes through the development lifecycle
This role is full time, 40 hours per week and based in Auckland but may have some occasional international travel requirements.
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for someone who is passionate about making a contribution to the business through facilitating global access to our products and therapies. You must be a strong communicator, with the ability to build relationships across the business and understand the importance of providing an exceptional level of support and service. Ideally you will also have:
- Advanced product and therapy knowledge of F&P Products
- 5-10 years relevant commercial experience in the medical devices industry
- Negotiating and influencing skills
- Project management skills
