JOB DESCRIPTION
Directly manages a team of non-exempt USBI Registered and Non-Registered Client Associates. This includes all performance management activities, hiring, coaching, discipline, and professional development where appropriate. Manage and monitor the daily activities and workflow of the Client Associates and work to allocate capacity or volume related items within their team.
Onboard new employees within market following a structured process.
Support the market in partnership with the Market Leaders by managing and reviewing routine reports, manage compensation exception processes, understand, and incorporate process and procedure improvements. May assist in Market event coordination and scheduling.
Ensure all production related transactions are completed in a timely manner and with accuracy to support the revenue/sales, cost and quality control goals established within the business line and market. Help introduce and implement new work tools, technology, processes, and procedures. Ensure compliance regarding FINRA and SEC regulatory standards.
Utilize a high degree of independence in making decisions. Strong working knowledge of the investments industry as well as policies and procedures. Incumbents are required to have a FINRA Series 7, 63, and life, variable life, health and disability insurance licenses and Series 24 preferred and required upon hire. Must have undergraduate degree in a business-related field and 5 years of investment industry and management experience preferred.
QUALIFICATIONS
Basic Qualifications
- Series 7, 63 and Insurance licenses
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent job exp
- Three or more years of management experience

- Series 24 (required upon hire)
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Proficient computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
