Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION

The market intelligence analyst supports SBM to make data-driven business decisions by providing insights into market trends, customer behavior, competitive landscape, and industry developments. The primary purpose of a market intelligence analyst is to gather, analyze, and interpret data to support strategic planning and decision making.
Main missions:

Market Monitoring:

  • Monitor market dynamics, competitive activities, and regulatory changes.
  • Develop/maintain mechanisms to promptly inform the organization about significant market changes or emerging trends.

Data Collection and Market Research: Conduct researches to gather data on market conditions, trends, and competitive activities.

Data Analysis:

  • Identify and analyze market trends, patterns, and forecasts to antecipate market movements.
  • Evaluate competitive landscape and analyze customer data to understand preferences, behaviors, and needs.

Scenario Planning and Forecasting: Create different market scenarios to help the organization prepare for potential changes in the market environment.
Reporting and Communication: Prepare comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations based on analysis.

Strategic Planning Support:

  • Support the development and refinement of business strategies by providing data-driven insights.
  • Assist in market entry and expansion strategies by evaluating market potential and risks.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales & Marketing, product development, and other departments to align market intelligence with business needs.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s Degree in Economics; Business administration; Marketing; Engineering or related
First experience as analyst with hands-on experience in market research, marketing, or related fields.
Consultancy experience is beneficial
Fluent in English
