Description:
As Simployer continues to expand its footprint in the market, the need for a great understanding of our competitive landscape and the ability to craft compelling product narratives is critical. The Competitive Intelligence Manager will play a key role in analyzing competitors and using that knowledge to improve our products. Your work will directly influence product development, market strategy, and customer support, ensuring Simployer remains a leader and our products stand out in a crowded market.
The location of this role can be: Stockholm, Oslo, or Sarpsborg
The role and responsibilities:
- Identify and monitor current and potential competitors in the market.
- Analyze competitors’ products, pricing, marketing strategies, and market approaches to understand their strengths and weaknesses.
- Track industry trends, technological advancements, and market changes that could impact our business.
- Collect and analyze feedback from customers and prospects to understand their needs and how they perceive competitors.
- Monitor competitors’ strategic partnerships, mergers, and acquisitions that could affect our competitive position.
- Use analytical tools to extract actionable insights from the data.
- Present findings clearly through reports, presentations, or dashboards to support informed decision-making.
- Act as the primary contact for competitive intelligence, ensuring insights are shared across departments.
- Create competitive battlecards, sales playbooks, and training materials to equip the sales team with effective strategies.
- Collaborate with customers and sales teams to gather on-the-ground competitive insights and incorporate them into broader market analysis.
- Manage the win/loss program and regularly report on competitive and win/loss insights to internal stakeholders.
- Create and maintain both internal and external resources for competitive intelligence.
