Be the catalyst for expansion as you pioneer product growth and dive deep into market trends, shape offerings, and ensure compliance.
As a Market and Product Expansion Associate - Concourse in Embedded Finance, you support the testing of regulatory requirements for our products. As an emerging member of the Market and Product Expansion team, you gain skills and experience to grow within your role while working across the organization to enable the product and market strategy.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES, AND SKILLS
- 2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in Product, Technology, or Project Management
- Emerging knowledge of risk management and controls, regional and local nuances, and governance requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong product management skills to focus on a customer first mindset, lean product thinking and a focus on product adoption
- Highly organized and experience with complex process flows
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels

Responsibilities:
- Researches and analyzes market trends, competitor pricing strategies, and client behavior to identify opportunities for product improvements
- Assists in the development of collateral tailored to specific markets
- Understands and follows the defined regulatory testing procedures to confirm our products meet regulatory requirements prior to release
- Follows and assists with the development of the product’s risk and compliance model
- Identifies inefficiencies in regulatory testing processes
- Supports product expansion strategy execution, including driving the product roadmap prioritization, pricing methodology, prospect targeting and go-to-market activities
- Adopts an agile mindset to support new product capabilities and functionalities, ensuring the final solution is functional, operational and addresses client needs and pain points
