Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and customer segment analysis to identify growth opportunities that shape RDCH’s commercial strategy
- Keep track of evolving and newly emerging global and local market trends
- Maintain an high level overview of our customer segments, anticipating their development and assessing risks
- Develop and communicate competitive intelligence, and ensure it is considered in strategic business decisions
- Own the annual business planning: In collaboration with the organisation, develop and communicate commercial and strategic priorities
- Build and maintain networks with key healthcare stakeholders and customers to gather critical information
- Exchange learnings and build a supportive network with other Roche affiliates, global and regional functions
- Driving change: As a trusted expert and thought leader for data-driven Insights, you relate quickly to the needs of different parts of the organisation to facilitate change towards data-driven decision makin
